He never worked for Skeletor, but sometimes would fight the forces of good. Basically anyone who would get in his way he would fight.
He has mental communication with animals, but they did not have to obey him. His whip would charge up with power to create a shock. (This would help keep the animals in line, and give quite a jolt to anyone in his way.)
Being that he was of the same type of being as Webstor, his powers were also like that of Spiderman, except the web. (You know stick to walls, leap, flip, twirl, and all that jazz.)
