OK you have a figure with no Accessories:

Pretty boring so it's time to dress them up

     Get some Sculpey III from the craft store, this stuff is great.  It comes in all different colors.

     For the weapons you want to make out of it.  I suggest looking at other  Masters of the Universe toys to get idea's, or even come up with your own:

     Now bake the things you made in the oven, the package will have the cooking direction on it.   For added strength and if making armor coat the inside of the armor with hot glue, let the glue cool and dry before putting in on a  figure.
